The focus for this age group is to provide opportunities for players who would like more footballing activity with an environment that encompasses training and competition, while still promoting the enjoyment of the game.
Youth grades are mixed gender.

This programme is aimed at children who wish to play for fun with friends or who wish to train once a week in addition to the Saturday game day.
Our Youth Development Programmes focus on advancing young players’ skills, playing ability, and confidence through a clearly defined development pathway. Players will train twice a week to support their growth in football skills and technique.

For the U13–U19 age groups, we provide three different days for players to attend in order to select the appropriate teams and, more importantly, team placements within the MF competition. The minimum requirement for players is to attend two of the three team allocation days provided. However, the more we are able to see the players, the more accurate our judgement will be.
The dates for the allocation days will be confirmed shortly.

Parents, caregivers, or supporters are required as team coaches, managers, and referees for our Junior club teams. All Junior Saturday games are coached, managed, and refereed by volunteers!
FC Twenty11 has been going through a sustained period of growth over the last few years. The biggest strain this places on us is finding enough coaches or managers and, once we have done that, ensuring they are adequately prepared. Some of our coaches and managers are parents who may never have played football before.
To support these dedicated volunteers, we will continue to run both in-house and external coaching courses. Our Youth and Senior Director of Football, Marius, is available to support and resource coaches.
If you are a parent or past player who has flirted with the idea of coaching a team – please give it a try! It is a truly rewarding experience.
After team allocation days for the U13–U17 age groups, the club will provide the following options to its members:
– If there is interest from players in a Development Programme at any of those grades, the club will appoint a qualified coach to lead two trainings per week in addition to game day. This will come at an additional cost to the winter registration fees.
– If there is no interest, the club will continue providing only the Club Programme for U13–U17, with one team training per week in addition to game day.
